Onion Mashed Potatoes***

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
• 6 all purpose potatoes, peeled & cut up
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup margarine

Preparation

Step 1

In 4 qt. saucepan, cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
