  • 1/2 c plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c fat-free or low fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c finely chopped onion
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine yogurt, mayo, and cheese in a small bowl. Add onion and artichoke hearts. Transfer to a small casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot, warm, or cold.
