garlic shrimp with asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1⁄2 cup asparagus, sliced
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1⁄2 lb shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1.heat oil in saute pan, add asparagus, garlic, and spices, cook for 5 minutes add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
2.stir in wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve.
