large chicken breasts
TB minced garlic
cup olive oil
tsp poultry seasoning
cup parmesan cheese (kind in the green bottle)
1. Pour garlic, olive oil and poultry seasoning into large ziplock bag. 2. Cut each chicken breast into nugget size pieces. Toss into marinade bag. 3. Seal and make sure to allow marinade to run throughout the bag. Put in fridge for at least 4 hours. 4. Preheat oven to 425. Pour parmesan cheese and panko into a loaf pan. Smash together with a fork to combine. 5. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. 6. Dip each chicken nugget into cheese mixture and press into chicken with fingers. 7. Bake 25 mins or until no longer pink.
