  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (14 oz can) condensed milk
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups thawed Cool Whip

Step 1

Preheat 350 degree - Bake 30-35 minutes

Beat eggs, milk, peel and juice in a medium bowl. Blend well. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until center is set. Cool 15 minutes.

Cover and refrigerated at least 2 hours. No longer than 3 days.

Spread whipped cream over before serving. Immediately refrigerate remaining pie.
