Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. lemon jell-o
• 1 c. hot water
• a carton of cool whip
• 1 can lemon pie filling
• 1 soft cream cheese
• 1 sealed pkg. graham crackers
• 1 stick melted butter
• 1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1 pkg. lemon jell-o
1 c. hot water
Mix then chill while mixing the dream whip (2 pkg of the dry dream whip-go by dream whip instructions). Or use a carton of cool whip. Add to jell-o: 1 can lemon pie filling. Add to one cup of the dream whip: 1 soft cream cheese. Mix the above ingredients together. Crush up 1 sealed pkg. graham crackers. Add to crackers: 1 stick melted butter and 1/4 c. sugar. Pat crumbs into 9 x 13 pan. Save a little of the crumbs for topping at the end. Add pudding on crumb base, then topping and chill.
