BBQ Pulled Pork Tenderloin/Beef

Root-Beer based BBQ sauce makes awesome sandwiches using either Pork or Roast Beef. Dutch-Crunch rolls are perfect with this as well as Bollilo rolls.

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb Pork Tenderloin or Roast Beef
  • 14 oz Ketchup
  • 1 can Root Beer (can also use Coca~Cola)
  • 2 TBS Liquid Smoke
  • 4 TBS Worchester Sauce
  • 2 TBS Mustard
  • 4 TBS Brown Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Begin: Coat 3-5 lb Beef Brisket/Pork Tenderloin meat with brown sugar and spices; cook in a Crock-Pot on low for 8-10 hours (check for tenderness, could cook up to 12 hours).

Sauce: mix together and heat in a Saucepan-
14oz Ketchup
1 can Root Beer (can also use Coca~Cola)
2 TBS Liquid Smoke
4 TBS Worchester Sauce
2 TBS Mustard
4 TBS Brown Sugar
Remove Meat from Crock-Pot, drain the fat out; place the falling-apart, tender meat back into the Crock-Pot; shred meat as needed. Pour in the Sauce, simmer until nice and hot or you’re ready to dig in!
Serve on Deli Rolls/French Rolls
