Ingredients
- 4 oz. uncooked somen (wheat noodles) or angel hair
- ½ c fat free less sodium chix broth
- ½ c apricot preserves
- 1 T hoisin sauce
- 2 T dark sesame oil
- 4 4oz boneless center cut loin pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package.
Combine broth, preserves and hoisin in medium bowl, stirring with whisk. Heat sesame oil in large skillet on med-high. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to pan, cook 2 mins on each side or until browned. Add broth mixture; bring to boil – cook until sauce is reduced to ½ cup, approximately 8 oz. Serve over noodles.
