Apricot Pan Cookies

These apricot pan cookies look beautiful and taste just as good. Enjoy in any season with friends and family.
Ingredients
- DOUGH:
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 egg yolks
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 1/2 about 3 1/2 cups flour
- FILLINGS:
- Chopped walnuts
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
- Apricot jam

Step 1
Cream together butter and sugar, then mix in egg yolks and sour cream. Add baking powder. Finally, add flour a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Cut dough in 3 balls. Roll out first ball and spread in bottom 9x13-inch pan.
Mix chopped walnuts and powdered sugar and place on top of dough.
Place second ball of dough rolled on top of walnut mixture. Spread apricot jam over dough. Top with strips of dough placed diagonal from corner to corner.
Bake at 350°F until cooked through.
