Impossible Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients

1 15 oz. can evaporated milk
1 can pumpkin (1-3/4 cup) 16 oz
1-1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix alll ingredients together except butter and yellow cake mix.

Sprinkle yellow cake mix dry on top. Add 1 cup melted butter drizzled on top.

Bake 350 for 1 hour
