Potato Chowder w/Green Chilis

Ingredients
- 1 large red pepper
- 4 Poblanos
- 5 C Chicken Broth
- 1 Large Potato Peeled and cubed
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/3 c flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 t dry mustard
- 2 c half and half
- 1 c milk

Preparation
Step 1
Broil peppers until blistered. Put into zip top bag and let rest 10 minutes. Peel and chop. Bring to a boil along with broth,potato,onion and salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes.
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Whisk in flour, salt and pepper and dry mustard.
Cook stirring constantly 1 minute. Gradually whisk in 1/2 and 1/2. Stir mixture into broth and veggies. Add milk cook 10 minutes
