• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar

Step 1

Place all ingredients into the Quick Chef with blade attachment. Cover and turn the handle until the strawberries (or other frozen/fresh fruit) and cream are blended and the mixture is the consistency of soft ice cream.
For the best results, do not freeze the mixture after preparing.
