Ingredients

  • cup regular oate (not quick or instant)

  • ½

    cup egg whites

  • 1

    T. fat-free cottage cheese

  • 2

    T. canned pure pumpkin

  • 1

    tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • 2

    packets of Splenda

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Spray your pan with non stick spray, and cook on med. high heat until bubbly. Flip it over and cook til done. Top with sugar free syrup, or jam. Makes one big pancake, YUM!
