- Baking potatoes
- Pre-cooked Crumbled Bacon
- Cheddar Cheese
- Scallions-sliced
- Ken's Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- Fresh Garlic
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake the potatoes in their skins, covered with foil to keep the skins moist.
2. Remove the potatoes from the oven and mash the potatoes with their skins by hand.
3. Add grated cheddar cheese to taste
4. Add Ken's Buttermilk Ranch Dressing to taste.
5. Add Scallions, garlic, and bits of bacon.
6. Serve warm
