Chicken in Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c white wine
- 1/2 t grated lemon peel
- 1 T lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 1/2 c Parmesean
- 1 c sliced mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken in butter 10 minutes. Put in pan that can go in broiler. In skillet add wine,peel,and juice. Cook 1 minute. add salt and pepper and cream. Cook,constantly stirring, 10 minutes. Pour over chicken and top with mushrooms and parmesean. Broil 6" from heat until light brown.
