Creamy Potatoes 'n' Kielbasa Recipe

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients
- 1 package (28 ounces) frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1 pound fully cooked Johnsonville® Polish Kielbasa Sausage or Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup water
Rotisserie Style Crock Pot Whole Chicken

I used a 6 quart crockpot for a 5 pound bird
- 1 --1 whole chicken, skinned (4-5 pounds)
- 2 --2 tsp kosher salt (if you'd like it as salty as the ones in the store, add another 1 tsp.)
- 1 --1 tsp paprika
- 1 --1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 --1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 --1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 --1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 --1/2 tsp black pepper
- --pinch of chili pepper (probably not necessary)
- 4 --4 whole garlic cloves (optional)
- 1 --1 yellow onion, quartered (optional)
Breakfast Casserole

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 12 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 cups croutons
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until done
- 1 pound bacon, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups chicken stock, or enough to cover potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 1 (1 1/2-pound) flank steak, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup water

- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder

- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion, or to taste
