- 3/4 cup apple cider or water
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons real maple syrup (or brown sugar (use more or less depending on how tart your apples are)
Cherry Almond Scones

Combine flour, sugar, poppy seed, baking powder and salt in a food processor; process until well blended
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 T. poppy seed
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 c. butter, sliced
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 t. almond extract
- 1/2 c. sweetened dried

Beef & Bacon Stroganoff *(GOOD)*

In large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, bacon, mushrooms and onion until beef is no longer pink
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 5 thick-sliced bacon strips, chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) beef broth
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Italian Wedding Soup

1 Set KitchenAid® Multi-Cooker to Soup setting
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage*
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped (about 3 cups packed)
- 1 cup uncooked ditalini or other small shaped pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- If bulk sausage is not available, use sausage links and remove the casings.

- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF
- 8 ounces small elbow macaroni (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons melted butter

- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, packed (about a 2 ounce package)
- 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic, (about 3 large cloves)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups dry penne pasta
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium white beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- Freshly ground black pepper, optional

- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (15-ounce) package folded refrigerated pie crusts

- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
