- 7 oz self-raising flour
- 1 oz cocoa
- 1/2 level teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 pint soured cream or crème fraiche
- 14 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 8 in round cake pans, buttered and base lined

Crock Pot Pork Ribs with Zesty Barbeque Sauce

Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray Place meat in crock pot
- 2-4 pounds of pork ribs
- 1 C chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp hot mustard (I used a spicy brown)
- 1/2 C dark corn syrup
- 1/4 C vinegar (I used white wine but apple cider would be great in this)
- 1/4 - 1/2 C brown sugar depending on your tastes
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 C water

- 3/4 t. salt
