- CHILI PASTE, 1 Tbsp
- CIDER VINEGAR, 1 cup

Toast or Grill Bread. Spread Mayonnaise on One Side of Bread & Other Side with Jelly
- 3-4 Slices Bacon Cooked (Thick)
- Cilantro Lime Mayonnaise
- Hot Pepper Jelly
- 2-3 Slices Tomato
- Arugula or Romaine Lettuce
- Whole Grain or Sour Dough Sandwich Bread
- Salt & Pepper
- Alternate: Fried Green Tomato

Roast Provencal Chicken

Mix All Ingredients in Bowl, Rub on Chicken in/outside
- 3-4 # Whole Chicken Washed & Dried
- 1/4 C Herbs de Provence
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/4 C EVOO
- 1 T Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- Lemon Wedges for Serving
Chopped Steakhouse Salad Supreme

Large Bowl Combine All Ingredients, Except Bacon & Croutons, Toss Well
- 2 Romaine Hearts Wash/Dry Chop
- 1/4 C Red Onion Diced
- 1/4 C Cherry Tomato Diced
- 1/2 C Seedles Cucumber Peeled & Diced
- 1 Boiled Egg Diced
- 8 Shrimp Cooked Bite Size
- 3-4 Slices Roasted Red Pepper
- 4 oz Gargonzola Cheese Crumbled
- DRESSING: Golding Farms Creamy Cucumber or Hidden Valley Ranch Cucumber
- 1/2 C Croutons *
- 6 Strips Cooked Bacon Crumbled*
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Pasta Shells With Beef

- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells, Cooked per Instructions
- 3/4 # Ground Chuck, Cooked & Drained
- 1 C Ricotta Cheese
- 24 oz Bertolli Marinara Sauce
- 1 T Garlic Powder
- 1 T Italian Seasoning
- 1 T Basil Seasoning
- 1 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Note: Substitute Italian Sausage
Chicken Potstickers

- Tai Pei Chicken Potstickers Frozen
- 1/2 C Mae Ploy Chili Sauce
- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
- 1 T Rice Vinegar
- 1 t Sesame Seed Oil
Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 t Dijon Mustard
- 1 T Salt
- 1/2 t Ground Pepper
- 1/2 t Sugar
- 1/2 C EVOO
Fried Rice

- 2 t Sesame Oil
- 1/4 C Green Onion or Shallot Chop Fine
- 2 t Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg Well Beaten
- Optional: 1/4 C Cooked Ham Diced & 1/4 C Carrots Diced

- 1 Pkg. McC Beef Stew Mix
- 2 C Water
- 1 T Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
