- 1/4 C Sweet Red Pepper Diced
- 2 T Scallions Sliced
- 2 t Soy Sauce
- 1/2 t Fresh Ginger Grated
Strawberries & Shortening Bread

- 1 QT Fresh Strawberries Washed, Tops Cut & Sliced
- 1 C White Flour Sifted
- 1/2-3/4 Stick Butter Room Temperature
- 1/4 C Sugar
- Dash of Salt
- Ice Water
Sausage & Apple Stuffing for Turkey

GROUP ONE: Large Skillet Medium Heat, Add Butter, Saute All Ingredients Until Soft & Tender
- GROUP ONE:
- 1 # Neese's Extra Sage Sausage Browned & Drained. Set Aside
- 1 Large Yellow Onion Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Stalks Celery Diced
- 1 t Dried Thyme
- 1 t Dried Sage
- 2 T Butter
- GROUP TWO:
- 2 Apples Cored, Peeled & Sliced Thin
- GROUP THREE:
- 1 Stick Butter
- 16 oz Chicken Stock (or 1/2 H2O & 1/2 Stock)
- 14 oz Bag PF Herbed Stuffing
- Salt & Pepper
Sandwich Slaw

- Cabbage Shredded Coarse
- Fresh Parsley Minced
- Red Onion Sliced Thin-Soak in Vinegar 10 Minutes
- Banana Peppers Diced
- Sea Salt
- Red Pepper Dressing in Sauces
- Serve on Bun with Chicken, Pulled Pork, etc
Mushrooms Stuffed With Crab

EVOO Mister Over Mushrooms & Muffin Pan
- 6 oz Package Lump Crab
- 6-12 Mushrooms Cleaned & Cored. Save Cores
- 1 Mushroom Chop Fine
- 1 T Core Chop Fine
- 1 t Green Onions Chop Fine
- 1 1/2 T Bread Crumbs Fine
- 1 t Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper
- EVOO Mister
Hot Artichoke Dip

- 16oz 16oz 16oz Can Artichokes, NOT Marinated, Drained
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C Mayo
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 4 4 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Pinch Pinch Garlic Salt
- 10 10 10 Ripe Pitted Olives Chopped
- 1 1 Jar 1 Small Jar Chopped Pimentos Drained
Wasabi Mayonnaise (bmb)

- 1/3 C Mayo
- 2-3 T Caesar Dressing

- 1/2 Head Purple Cabbage Slliced Thin
- 1 Whole Jalapeño Sliced
- 1/2 C Milk

- 1 t Rice Vinegar
- 1 T Sugar
- 1/4 t Cayenne
- 2 C (?) Cilantro Chopped
