- 2 boxes of refrigerated pie crust
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 6 cups peeled and cored thinly sliced apples (honey crisp is best)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
