Threw this together and is definitely a keeper this goes great with mashed potatoes or couscous

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 bunch of leeks, sliced and washed
  • 1 bunch asparagus, washed and cut into thirds after breaking off ends.
  • 3/4 c sliced dried tomatoes in oil
  • evoo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • white wine vinegar
  • 5 artichokes marinating in oil
  • artichoke marinade

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 tbs Cognac
  • 1 cup packed lt brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3-5 whole allspice berries (I use ground and works fine- 1 tsp)
