- 3-5 Cups of a “Flakes” Cereal - Most of the time, Adventists use Kellogg’s Special K Cereal. I’m cheap. So, I use generic Corn Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Pecan Meal, Ground Fine (Optional)
Homemade Apple Fritters

Hot, fresh apple fritters
- 1 heaping cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Dash salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon (depending on how much you love cinnamon)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk + plus more if needed
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups apple, your favorite kind for eating, chopped into peanut size or smaller
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Apple Crisp

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray
- Streusel Topping:
- 1 * 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 * 3 tablespoons firm butter or margarine
- Filling:
- 6 * 6 cups thinly sliced peeled tart apples (4 to 6 medium)
- 1 * 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup milk
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 * 2 eggs
- Topping:

- 1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 heaping Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (or whatever ice cream flavor you choose)
- 1/4 Cup Hot Fudge Sauce
- Chocolate Frosting of Choice

Heat broiler. Line a pan with foil
- SAUCE:
- 15 chicken wings - (abt 3 lbs)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt to taste
- ACCOMPANIMENTS:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Carrot sticks
- Celery sticks
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Italian Fries

Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 6 or 7 Idaho potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/3-inch-thick French fry-style strips, soaked in cold water
- 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs or some combo of dried oregano, thyme, marjoram, and basil
- 2 cups freshly grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) salted butter, cut into 6 cubes
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 3/4 Cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup strawberry jam
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
