Scary witch cake is fun to make
- SUPPLIES:
- 1 package cake mix (any flavor), plus ingredients to prepare mix
- 2 (16-ounce) containers vanilla frosting
- Green food coloring
- Black decorating gel
- Black food coloring
- Red string licorice
- 1 sugar ice cream cone
- Red fruit roll up cutouts
- 1 (15x10 inch) cake board, covered, or large tray
- Pastry bag and medium star tip
- 1 witch's black hat
Baked Oven Fries

Preheat the oven to 475˚ F
- 3 russet potatoes (about 24 oz. total), peeled and cut lengthwise into even sized wedges
- 5 tbsp. vegetable, canola or peanut oil, divided
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
Night Before Taco Bake

1. Spray 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish and sheet of foil (large enough to cover dish) with cooking spray
- 1 * 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 2 * 2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 16-oz bag)
- 1 * 1 can (11 oz) Green Giant® super sweet yellow and white corn
- 1 * 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
- 1 * 1 package (1.25 oz) Old El Paso® 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 * 1 cup Old El Paso® taco sauce
- 3 * 3 cups coarsely broken white corn chips (about 5 oz)
- 2 * 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)

- To make 2 ½ pounds of dough:
- 2 cups warm water
- 1½ - 2 Tablespoons yeast
- 6 cups bread flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 – 1 ½ teaspoons salt (depending on taste)
- ¼ cup butter
- Fillings: If traditional filling is desired use 1 ½ to 2 oz. of cheese (think creamy cheeses) per zombie
Zesty Margarita Shrimp Cocktail

1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except shrimp
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 * 2 tablespoons refrigerated honey mustard salad dressing
- 1 * 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 * 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 * 1 tablespoon tequila, if desired
- 32 * 32 deveined shelled cooked extra-large shrimp with tails on (about 2 lb)

- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
- 1 anaheim chili pepper (it’s mild), finely diced
- 1 1/2 Cups chopped sweet peppers
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- 4 Cups cooked/steamed rice
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 Cups shredded chicken breast
- 1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup prepared Salsa
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can red kidney beans (or any bean of choice), drained
