Blend all ingredients except bacon and scallions in a food processor until fairly smooth
- Saute; Fold In:
- 3/4 cup sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bottled roasted red peppers, diced
- 2 t. Tabasco
- Salt to taste
- 2 strips thick-sliced bacon, diced
- 3 scallions, sliced (1/2 cup)

- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups (6oz) shredded Swiss cheese, divided

- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups sliced cooked chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup crumbed cooked bacon
