- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Skillet Chicken & Rice

Cook the chicken in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Crock Pot Farmer's Pie

Place stuffing in bottom of your slow cooker
- 6 oz Box Stuffing Mix
- 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Celery Soup- undiluted
- 2 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 14.5 oz Can Green Beans - Drained
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn
- 2 to 3 Cups Turkey or Chicken- Cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 to 3 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatoes
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
Cherries Jubilee

Drain cherries, reserving all the juice
- 1 (16-ounces) can pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup brandy
- Vanilla ice cream

- 8 sticks light string cheese
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tbsp. whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
- Optional dip: marinara sauce
Spicy Sicilian Spaghetti

1.Bring a pot of water to a boil, salt it, add the pasta and cook until al dente
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 medium red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 red chile pepper, preferably fresno, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley (a couple of handfuls)
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1 cup chicken stock or clam juice
- 1/4 cup EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil)
- One 28-ounce can whole, peeled italian tomatoes

- 2 pounds potatoes, scrubbed and diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 poblano chile, seeded and sliced thin
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
- Salt, to taste

- 1 full bag of marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 2 1/2 cups Oreos, broken into small pieces
- 1 1/3 white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts for top of bars

- 1 can (6oz) contadina tomato paste
- 1 cup water
Baked Potato Skins

- 2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
- Skins from 8 large baking potatoes
- Freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste
