- 1 box Betty Crocker® Complete Desserts® triple chocolate hot fudge cake mix
- 1 About 1 quart strawberries
- Ice cream, if desired

- 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine (or equivalent butter substitute), melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cream of Broccoli Soup II

Melt 3 TBS butter in a heavy pan
- 2 heaping cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium yellow onion – chopped
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1 large garlic clove – minced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups low sodium chicken stock, low sodium vegetable stock or water
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Chicken Empanadas

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 3 cup chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

In a crockpot, add all ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz green chiles
- oz frozen corn
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 ⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 lb chicken broth
- 1 lb 12 oz crushed tomatoes
- 141 ⁄2 oz diced tomatoes
- tortilla chips for garnish
S'mores pudding

Make milk chocolate pudding (recipe below)
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 (4-oz) bars milk chocolate, broken up
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large pot of boiling water, add 1 tbsp
- 9 oz. fresh cheese tortellini
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil, plus 1 tbsp., divided
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 8 oz. mozzarella balls (such as Ciliegine)
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 4 oz. sliced salami
- 1/4 lb. roasted red peppers, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into bite-sized pieces

- 5 large skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 9 ounces each)
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Warm cooked rice

Cut the top off each tomato; with a spoon, scoop out and discard most of the pulp and seeds
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 (19-ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons Italian-flavored bread crumbs
