1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 20 large (16/20) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 oz canola oil
- 1 tbsp plus 5 tsp green onions, chopped

- 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco

- 1 lemon, halved
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, whisked with a tablespoon of water
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- Canola or vegetable oil, for shallow frying
- Pinch paprika
- Lemony Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon, heaping, minced sun-dried tomatoes
Chicken Enchilada Chili Cheesy Crockpot

Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 or 3 chicken breast skinless, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (15.2 oz) Green Giant™ whole kernel sweet corn, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ mild enchilada sauce
- 2 tablespoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
- Chopped green onions and sour cream, if desired
- 4 cups tortilla chips
SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS

- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings, tips removed
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 can (12 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 t. prepared mustard

- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Apples & Topping
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. walnut pieces
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 c. apples, sliced, such as Mutsu or Granny Smith

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup almonds (blanched, whole)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup pecans

- 8-10 flour tortillas
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature, divided [1/2 and 1/2]
- 1-2 (4 oz.) cans green chiles
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, grated, divided [1 cup; 1 cup]
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
