- 1 pinch saffron (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Potato Cheese Casserole

Preheat Oven To 350°f. Grease Ovenproof Casserole Dish
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Cubed Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Green Pepper, Cut Up
- 1 Onion, Quartered
- 4 Medium Potatoes (1 1/4 Lbs), Pared And Cubed
Chicken Cacciatore & Pasta Skillet

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 small green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 of a 1-pound package uncooked medium shell-shaped pasta (about 2 1/2 cups)
Cottage Potatoes

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan or Dutch oven and cover with water
- 12 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
- 1 slice bread, torn into crumbs
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed
