Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked and kept warm
Gralic Potatoes

Heat oven to 400F. In a bowl, combine garlic-flavored olive oil, fresh parsley & smoked paprika
- 1/4 c garlic-flavored olive oil
- 2 TBS chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 TSP smoked paprika

- 1/4 C grated Romano cheese

Irresistible Citrus Shrimp

Place pasta in enough boiling water to cover by 1 inch in a large stockpot
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 6 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined (about 25 to 28 shrimp)
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Chicken Spicy and Saucy Penne Casserole

In a large saucepan, heat oil and cook chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken is no longer pink

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
