- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream mixed with 4 Tbsp. flour

- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice

- 1 (12 ounce)can refrigerated biscuit dough, separate & cut into six pieces

- 1 teaspoon water
Honey Lime Garlic Butter Salmon

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 large cloves garlic , crushed
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 1/2 lbs salmon
- Sea salt, to taste

- 1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries
- 2/3 cup seedless green grapes , chopped
- 2/3 cup seedless purple grapes , chopped
- 1 apple , chopped
- 1 cup celery , chopped

- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Grease a 2-quart baking dish
- 16 ounces penne
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups each shredded mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons each chopped fresh parsley, dill, oregano and basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

preheat oven to 450˚F Cut potatoes into wedges by cutting lengthwise in half then slice each half into 3 slices
- 4 russet potatoes, rinsed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
