Mix all ingredients in blender
- 1 C Grapes
- 1 Med. Orange
- 1/2 C Pineapple
- 1 Med. Banana
- 1 Carrot
- 2 C Spinach
- 1 Med. Apple
- 6 C Ice
Apple Nut Ring (Pampered Chef)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 7.5 oz Packages Buttermilk Biscuits
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1 T Cinnamon
- 1/4 C Butter, melted
- 2 Medium Apples
- 1/3 C Walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 C Raisins
Chicken Parmesan (Oven-Baked)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 C Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 28oz Jar Pasta Sauce
- 1 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Chicken & Dumplings

- 1 Whole Chicken
- Onion
- Parsley
- 2 C Bisquick
- 2/3 C Milk
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1/2 C Crunchy-style Peanut Butter
- 3/4 C Vegetable Shortening
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/4 C Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pkg (6oz) Chocolate Morsels
Guacamole

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- 2 Large Advocatoes, cubed
- 1 M Tomato, cubed
- 1 L Jalapeno, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 M Shallots, chopped
- Lime Juice
- Salt
Southwest Taco Pie

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Crust:
- 1/4 C plus 1 T Cornmeal, divided
- 3/4 C FLour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 C Milk
- 1 T Vegetable Oil
- Filling:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 C Chunky Salsa
- 1 C Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 C Lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 C Tomato, chopped
- 1/4 C Pitted Ripe Olives, sliced
- Sour Cream
Waffles

- 1 C Fresh Parsley, chopped, divided
