In 4 quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil
- 6 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cut up

- 1 Envelope Liptons Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1/2 C Butter

Fast 'n Easy Chili

- 1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef

- 1 16oz Can Red Kidney Beans, drained

New England Clam Chowder

In a large heavy saucepan or skillet, saute' bacon until brown and crisp
- 4 Slices of Bacon
- 1/2 C Onion, finely chopped
- 4 Medium Potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1 T Flour
- 2 (6 oz) Cans Minced Clams with liquid
- 1 C Bottled Clam Juice
- 1 C Half - and - Half

- 1 Loaf of Wide Crusty Italian Bread, cut diagonally into 12 half-inch slices
- 3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
