Mix soup, sour cream, picante sauce, and chili powder in a bowl
- 1 10 3/4oz Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 8oz Container of Sour Cream
- 1 C Pace Picante Sauce
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 C Cooked Chicken, Chopped
- 1 C Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 10 Fajita Size Flour Tortillas, warmed
- 1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
- 1 Green Onion, Chopped
Las Palmas Enchiladas

In a small bowl, combine chicken, 2 cups cheese, green chiles and onions
- 2 C Chicken, Cooked and Shredded
- 3 C Cheese, Shredded and Divided
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 19oz. Can Las Palmas Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
- 8 Corn Tortillas
- 3/4 C Sour Cream
- 1 4.5oz Can Chopped Green Chiles
Praline Cookies

- 1/2 C Butter
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 C All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 C Pecans, chopped
- Powdered Sugar
Crumbly Apple Pie

- Crust:
- 1 C All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 C Chilled Solid Vegetable Shortening
- 1/4 C Ice Water

- 7 Medium Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

- 1 T Bertolli Olive Oil
- 1 16oz Hot Links
- 1 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3 Stalks Celery, Sliced
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 1/2 C Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 C Long Grain Rice
- 1 14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tsp McCormick Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 C Diced Bell Pepper
- Salt
- Pepper

- 1 Medium Loaf French Bread, unsliced
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 2 Cloves Garlic, halved
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/3 C Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 6 oz Pkg of Rotini Pasta
- 1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- 1 Pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Sausage, Peppers & Potatoes

- 1 T Vegetable Oil
- 1 Lb Sweet Italian Sausage
- 2 Large Red and/or Green Bell Peppers, Cut in Strips
- 3 C Potatoe, Peeled and Diced
- 1 Pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 1/2 C Water
Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle

- 2 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
- 2 C Confectioners Sugar
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract (or rum)
- 1/2 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 Angel Food Cake, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 quts. Fresh Strawberries, thinly sliced
- 3 T Sugar
- 3 T Amaretto or 1 tsp Almond Extract
