Bow - Tie Pasta & Sausage

Remove casing from sausage; breaking into smaller pieces, in nonstick skillet, brown and cook throughly
- 12 oz Sweet or Hot Sausage
- 6 T Olive Oil
- 1/2 C Onion, chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 6 Sun-dried Tomato Halves, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1/2 C Boiling Water
- 1 16oz Box Farfalle Pasta
- 2 T Italian Parsley
- Ground Black Pepper
Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 T Butter
- 1/4 C Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced (1 tsp)
- 1 T Flour
- 1 3/4 C Half-and-Half
- 2 Packages (9oz each) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 Can (8oz) Water Chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Package (1oz) Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Three Cheese Pasta Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 Lb Package Twist Pasta, cooked as directed
- 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 26 oz Jar Marinara Pasta Sauce
- 1 15 oz Container Precious Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz Mozzerella Cheese, shredded and divided (2 cups)
- 1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Spray skillet with cooking spray
- 1/4 lb Bulk Italian Sausage
- 1/2 C Onion, minced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 C Zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Rye Krisp Crackers, smashed finely (1/4 C)
- 2 T Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 2 T Red Wine
- 2 T Water
- 18 Large Button Mushrooms, washed
Southwestern Pasta Skillet

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 1 1/4 C Medium Shell Pasta, uncooked
- 12 oz Ground Beef
- 1/2 C Onion, chopped
- 1 T Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 15oz Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes
Grammy's Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing

Mix all together and pour over salad
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 3 T Oil
- 1 C Water
- 3 T Wine Vinegar
Savory Pork Roast with Apple Stuffing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 Medium Red Apples, chopped
- 1/2 C Celery, chopped
- 1/2 C Onion, chopped
- 6 C Herb-seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 1 C Apple Juice
- 1/4 C Butter, melted
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, pressed
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary Leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp Rubbed Sage
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Boneless Pork Loin Roast (2 1/2 - 3 lbs)
Spaghetti Sauce

Brown ground beef. Add Onions and crushed garlic
- 5 Lbs Ground Beef
- 2 Onions, Chopped
- 6 16 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
- 4 6 oz Can of Tomato Paste
- Crushed Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian Seasoning
Easy Potato Bake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix potatoes, sour cream, cheese, soup, and onion
- 1 32 oz Pkg Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 2 C Shredded Cheese
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 T Butter, Melted
- 1 16 oz Tub Sour Cream
- 1 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Chicken
Teriyaki Sauce

- 1/2 C Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Grated Giner
