Ingredients
- 1/2 C Crunchy-style Peanut Butter
- 3/4 C Vegetable Shortening
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/4 C Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pkg (6oz) Chocolate Morsels

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat peanut butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla until creamy. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Fold in chocolate morsels. Using pampered chefs medium scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto flat baking stone. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on baking stone; remove to nonstick cooling rack.
