Layered Banana - Pineapple Dessert

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter
- 1 Pkg Cinnamon Graham Crackers, Crushed
- 1 Stick Butter, Melted
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 5 Bananas, Sliced
- 1 8oz Pkg Whipped Cream Cheese
- 3 1/2 C Cold Milk
- 2 4 serving size Box of Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 20oz Can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 8oz Tub Cool Whip
Buttercream Icing

Cream butter and shortening with electric mixer
- 1/3 C Solid Vegetable Shortening
- 1/3 C Butter
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 3 C Confection Sugar (There are 4 C in a pound)
- 1 T & 1 tsp Milk
Lemon Meringue Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Filling:
- 4 L Egg Yolks
- 3 L Eggs
- 1 C Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 C Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1/2 C (1 stick) Chilled Butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 9-inch Packaged Pie Crust, prebaked if frozen
- Meringue:
- 4 L Egg Whites
- 1/4 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/2 C Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Carmel Corn

Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt in sauce pan
- 4 Quarts of Popped Corn
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 C Real Maple Syrup
Guacamole

Remove peel and pit from avocados
- 4 Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 C Tomato, chopped
- 1/4 C Red Onion, minced
- 2 T Sour Cream
- 2 T Lime Juice
- 1 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Chicken Tortilla Soup

Boil chicken till cooked. Place all other ingredients in a large stock pot
- 3 16oz Cans Refried Beans
- 3 14.5oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15 1/4oz Can Corn
- 3 4oz Cans Diced Chilies
- 1 49.5oz Can Chicken Broth
- 1 32 oz Can Chicken Broth
- 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

- Tortilla Chips
Reese's Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, and peanut butter in medium bowl until creamy
- 1 Stick of Butter, softened
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/3 C Reese's Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 C Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 3/4 C (110z Pckg) Reese's Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Combine mayo with cheese. Arrange chicken on baking sheet
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C Parmesan Chesse, grated
- 4 Chicken Breast
- 4 T Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Triple Chip Cookie Mix

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1/3 C White Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 C Butterscotch Chips
- 1/3 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 C Butter, Softened
- 1/2 C Vegetable Shortening
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup

Remove and discard skin and bones from chicken and tear meat into bite-size pieces
- 1 Fully Cooked Rotisserie Chicken
- 10 C Chicken Stock
- 2 Stalks Celery, sliced
- 2 Carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 Large Onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 C Frozen Corn, thawed
- 2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Heaping Cups Wide Egg Noodles
