1.Heat oil in medium, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 Whole Pickled Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic or 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef (80% lean)

- 1 tbsp. chili powder
