Mexican Pimiento Cheese Dip

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
- 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained
- Finely grated peel of 1 medium lime
- Make it FRESH toppings, if desired (see below)
