- 1 1 1 lb tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed, coarsely chopped
- 4 4 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 1 1 bag (11 oz) frozen backyard grilled potatoes
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1 1 can refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 2 2 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
Easy Milk Chocolate S'More Bars

Spray an 8" baking pan with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Giant Hershey's milk chocolate bars (7 ounces each)
- 1 jar marshmallow cream, 7 ounces
Thanksgiving Potatoes

Boil potatoes until soft. Drain, cool, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 4 red potatoes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. sour cream
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
Pickled Red Onions

In a medium pot, bring all ingredients to a boil, lower heat and simmer covered for five minutes
- 1 1/2 pounds red onion, peeled, trimmed and cut into thick half-moon slices
- 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 jalapeno seeded, stemmed and sliced into half circles
- 1 small bunch cilantro, tied with string

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
Mexican Chocolate Flan

1 Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 325°F
- 1/2 cup plus 2/3 cup (about 8 1/4 ounces) granulated sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup water
- 5 large eggs
- 1 large yolk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1-1/2 c. raspberries
- 2 T. sliced almonds

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 T. oil
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. almond extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- Garnish: additional raspberries and sliced almonds
Sesame Caesar with Za’atar Rub Grilled Chicken Salad

Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl
- For the Spice Rub:
- 1 tablespoon ground sumac or paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/3 palmful
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to 1/4 inch
- EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
- Sea salt and pepper
- For the Dressing:
- 1 large clove garlic, grated or pasted plus 1 clove split to rub salad bowl with
- 3 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 organic egg yolk, optional
- Juice of 1 large, ripe lemon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 rounded teaspoon anchovy paste
- Coarse black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 About 1/3 cup EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 About 1/2 cup grated Pecorino cheese, optional (omit for Kosher)
- 7 to 8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- Lightly crushed garlic pita chips, such as Stacys or homemade or store-bought garlic croutons
