- 1 ready made pizza crust (mama maria's works best)
- 1 can(s) cherry pie filling
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 c quick oats
- 1/2 c dark brown sugar (packed)

- 1 tsp almond extract
Peanut Butter Cookie Granola

1 Let cookie dough stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated peanut butter cookies
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mini chips semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Lucky Lime Salad

In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water

- 1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water

- 2 cups whipped topping

Everything Chicken Schnitzel and Ranch-Style Creamy Veggies

Preheat oven to 275°F to keep schnitzel warm
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied open and pounded very thin, 1/8 inch
- Salt and pepper
- Flour, for dredging
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes/dehydrated onion
- 2 tablespoons garlic flakes/dehydrated garlic
- 2 tablespoons Kosher salt or coarse sea salt
- Canola oil, for shallow frying
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced on bias
- 2 ribs celery with leafy tops, sliced on bias
- 8 radishes, quartered
- 1 small red frying pepper or bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large bunch scallions, whites and greens, chopped on angle
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese or crème fraîche
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed herbs, such as dill, parsley and chives
Maple Topped Sweet Potato Skins

- 6 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg, divided
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger, divided
- 2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 3 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- warm maple syrup, additional nuts, to garnish

- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small eggplant, peeled and diced (about 4 cups)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup half-and-half

Apple Pie Lasagna

Prepare the pie filling first: Peel and slice your apples into small pieces; about the size of a dime
- For the pie filling:
- 5-6 medium apples, peeled and sliced.
- Juice from1 lemon
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1/2 C Packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Apple pie spice
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- For the cream cheese filling:
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 C Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 C Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Caramel
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- For the lasagna:
- 2-3 pkg Graham Crackers
- 8 oz Cool Whip.
- 1 C Heath milk chocolate toffee bites

- Dressing:
- 2 cup(s) (shredded) romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped or torn
- 5 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium orange(s), navel, peeled, white pith removed, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 small uncooked shallot(s), minced
- 1 rib(s) (large) uncooked celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds,
- 1 1/2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp water
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
