Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla; set aside
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1-2/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1-1/4 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1-1/3 c. water
- 60 milk chocolate drops, divided
Get In My Belly Cococherry Pie

1 Microwave morsels and cream in a microwave-safe bowl on high 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt
- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 c whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 prepared cookie crust
- 1 1/4 c cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 c whipped cream, sweetened
- 2 large eggs
Island Dreams Key Lime Pie

1 in bowl, mix graham crumbs, almonds, butter mix well and press into 9 in pie dish bottom and sides
- 1 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c ground almonds
- 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest, grated
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- 3 Tbsp key lime juice (or lime )
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 c heavy cream, cold
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted

Prepare fajita mix according to package directions; add chicken and marinate as directed
- 1 envelope chicken fajita seasoning mix
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
- 1/3 cup canned diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 cup cubed process cheese (Velveeta)
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Guacamole and tortilla chips
Banana Cream Pie Fruit Salad

- 1 container Yoplait® Light Fat Free banana cream pie yogurt
- 2 tablespoons refrigerated vanilla pudding
- 6 1/2 cups assorted fruit (such as sliced bananas, fresh raspberries, blackberries, strawberries or blueberries)
Old Fashioned Salisbury Steak

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package of Lipton's French Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 (.75-ounces each) packets of brown gravy mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can mushroom stems (optional)
- egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes, as the side
Rainbow Chip Bundt with Fresh Raspberry Glaze

1 Heat oven to 325°F. Generously spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray
- 1 box rainbow chip cake mix
- 1 container (8 oz) sour cream (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 oz fresh raspberries
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Additional fresh raspberries
- Rainbow mix candy sprinkles
- Additional powdered sugar
Chicken Mole Skillet

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1-1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 can (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons mole paste
- 1 tablespoon Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 small box of chocolate instant pudding (I used the sugar free/fat free)
- 1 3/4 cups skim milk*
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used semi sweet)
