Asian Style Crock Pot County Ribs

Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons catsup
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 clove garlic...minced
- 3-4 pounds country ribs (you choose beef or pork....I use pork)
Hearty Beef Stew #2

In a large soup pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (14-ounce) can ready-to-use beef broth
- 1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
- 3 large red potatoes, cut into large chunks
- 3 large carrots, cut into large chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pumpkin Mousse Cookie Pie's

1 mix milk and baking mix together
- 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 c of baking mix
- 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 can(s) pumpkin pie mix
- 1 c powdered sugar
French Toast Souffle

1 preheat oven to 350. chop all bread to big chunks
- 1 loaf of cinnanmon raisin bread ( or 6 cups of stale cut up bread )
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c dark brown sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 c shredded coconut ( optional )
Tuna Noodle Skillet

In a bowl, whisk SOS Mix and water until well blended
- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup peas (frozen or canned)
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- potato chips, crushed
Apple Butter BBQ Spareribs

- 4 lbs. pork spareribs
- salt & pepper to taste
- 16 oz. jar apple butter
- 18 oz. bottle barbeque sauce
- 1 onion, quartered
Asian Beef & Broccoli Slaw Wrap

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups packaged broccoli or cabbage coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 4 burrito-size (approx. 10-inch diameter) flour tortillas, warmed
Italian Wedding Soup #2

Combine all ingredients except pasta and garnish in a slow cooker
- 25 frozen cooked Italian meatballs
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrot, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 bunch spinach, torn
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan-Romano cheese
- 1/4 c. ditalini pasta, uncooked
- Garnish: grated Parmesan-Romano cheese
Lemon Lime Punch

In a punch bowl, combine the water, sugar and soft drink mix; stir until dissolved
- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 envelopes unsweetened lemon-lime soft drink mix
- 1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
- 1 quart lime sherbet
Maple-Pecan Chicken

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
- 1/4 cup pure maple or maple-flavored syrup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
