- 10 fully cooked pork or turkey sausage links (from 9.6-oz package)

- 1/3 cup maple-flavored syrup
Garden Skillet Dinner

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 12 ounces Pennsylvania Dutch Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 pound uncooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup strips red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup peeled and julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3/4 cup(s) hot water, almost boiling, divided
- 1 cup(s) dried shredded and sweetened coconut meat, unsweetened
Broccoli and Cheddar Pizzas

Heat oven to 475° F. Shape the dough into 4 rounds and place on 2 cornmeal-dusted baking sheets
- 1 pound pizza dough, at room temperature
- cornmeal, for the baking sheets
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 8 ounces Cheddar, grated (2 cups)
- kosher salt and black pepper
Nana & Mama's Russian Tea

1 In large bowl mix all ingredients together and place in a airtight container (mason jar)
- 2 c orange drink mix ( Tang works best)
- 2 c white sugar
- 1/4 c instant tea mix
- 3/4 c lemon flavored instant tea powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 tsp ground cloves

In a Dutch oven, cook the pork, onion and peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink
- 1-1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cans (11-1/2 ounces each) V8 juice
- 1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all of the dry ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar

- 2 1/2 cups papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
