- 1/2 pound. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 14.5-ounce can whole tomatoes with the juice, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup quick cooking barley
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 9-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
- Black pepper to taste
Slow-Cooker Rotisserie Chicken Chili

1 In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix 1 cup onion, the beans, tomatoes, cooking sauce and chili seasoning mix
- 1 large onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, undrained
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 pouches (9 oz each) Progresso® Recipe Starters® fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
- 1 package (1 oz) chili seasoning mix
- 2 to 3 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
- Additional chopped onion

- 3 (13.5 oz) cans coconut milk
