1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces
- 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted, cooled to room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Bread Puddin Pie

1 preheat oven to 350. 2 in sauce pan heat 2 c milk med heat till a film forms on top
- 2 c whole milk or 1/2 &1/2
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2/3 c brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 c stale bread or glazed donuts
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c whole milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
Country Christmas Cookies

- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 box classic white cakemix
- 1 teaspoon butter rum extract
- 3/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1-1/3 1-1/3 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
