Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. Pantry Club Gourmet Pumpkin Spice Cheeseball mix
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix graham crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and butter;press into bottom 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and pkg Pantry Club Gourmet Pumpkin Spice Cheeseball mix. Mix in mixer until well blended.. Add eggs,one at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg is added, just until blended. Pour over mixture over crust.
Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan: cool before removing rim.
Refrigerate for 4 hours. Optional: This recipe c an also be made with the Tiramisu mix.
