Zesty Italian Barbecue Meatballs

In a mixing bowl, combine the meatball ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3/4 tomato paste
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Gnocchi Alfredo

Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain
- 2 pounds potato gnocchi
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Dash ground nutmeg
- 1/2 pound sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- Minced fresh parsley, optional
Roasted Peaches with Brown Sugar and Spices

1. Pack a rack in the center of the over and preheat the over to 300°F 2
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
- 5 whole cloves
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 large peaches, cut in half and pitted
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
STRAWBERRY ROSE CAKES

1. Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350°F
- Solid vegetable shortening for greasing the pans
- Flour for dusting the pans
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) plain white cake mix
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries with juice (1 1/2 cups whole berries)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
Blueberry Peach Crisp

Mix the flour/sugar in with the peaches and blueberries
- 4 cups sliced peeled peaches
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
Rolled Cheese Bread

- 1 (11-ounce) package, refrigerated French bread dough
- 2 cups (8 ounces) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 pound salami, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Oven to 350. Cook the past while you prepare the filling
- 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
- 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pound of spaghetti
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Caramel Chocolate Trifle

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions for an 8-in
- 1 package (9 ounces) devil's food cake mix
- 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 jar (12-1/4 ounces) caramel ice cream topping
- 1 package (7-1/2 or 8 ounces) English toffee bits or almond brickle chips
Toffee Apple Dip

With the mixer on low, combine the cream cheese and butter until well blended
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick (4 oz.) butter, softened
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. toffee bits
- Sliced apples
Crispy Cheddar Chicken

1. Cut each chicken breast into 3 large chunks
- Sauce:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/2 C milk
- 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 t dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 T butter
