Guava Jam Ham

Preheat oven to 300F. Score the top of your ham (even better would be cutting into it with serving sized cuts)
- Guava jam mixture:
- 1 5 pound canned ham
- 1 jar of Guava jam (18 oz) - I used 10 oz and it was okay!
- 1 block of butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
Asian Chicken Kabobs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350 degrees to 400 degrees)
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium-sized yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (15-ounce) jar baby corn, drained
- 1/3 cup hoisin or teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon minced gingerroot or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Fry bacon in skillet. Remove bacon and put on paper towels but leave drippings in pan
- 2 (19.75 ounce) cans of Campbells Pork and Beans
- 8-12 pieces of bacon

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water
- 12-oz. pkg. rainbow rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. red onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrot, peeled and cut into very thin strips
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 c. ranch salad dressing
Deep Dish Blueberry Pie

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 6 cups fresh blueberries
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 (15-ounce) package rolled refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk
Braciole with Bacon and Onion Sauce

Cover cold eggs with water, bring to full boil
- Browning meat and sauce:
- 3 eggs
- 2 About 2 cups cubed stale white or peasant bread, crusts trimmed
- Milk, to soak bread
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 3 tablespoons currants
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup baby kale, spinach or arugula, chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- A handful of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 2 pounds beef round steaks, cut into 12 slices and pounded very thin (1/8-inch)
- Salt and pepper
- 12 slices Prosciutto di Parma
- 1/3 pound provolone or young pecorino, cut into 2- to 3-inch sticks about 1/4-inch square
- Olive oil, for browning meat
- 1/3 pound pancetta, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- Pepper
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups dry white or red wine
- 2 cups chicken or veal stock
- 1 32-ounce can D.O.P. Italian tomatoes, hand crushed
- Serve with side of pasta or crusty bread for mopping
Barbecue Joes

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground meat and onion 6 to 8 minutes; drain off any excess fat

- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
