Triple Citrus Chicken

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 large orange, peeled, and cut into segments
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lime zest

1 In large bowl, mix beef, egg, 1/4 cup of the Bisquick mix and the pepper
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, cut in half, then sliced
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage #2

1 Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 4 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 6 wedges
- 1 corned beef brisket with seasoning packet (2 to 2 1/2 lb)
- 1 can (12 oz) beer or nonalcoholic beer
- Water
- 8 thin wedges cabbage
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Cover beans with water in a Dutch oven
- 32-oz. pkg. dried pinto beans
- 2 red peppers, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 t. chili powder
- 2 t. salt
- 2 t. coarse pepper
- 1 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: 2 t. hot pepper sauce

1. Place chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)
- 1 cup unsalted, roasted peanuts OR raisins
Coca with Candied Red Peppers

1. Heat the 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing the coca
- 1 medium-size white onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- 4 cups thinly sliced drained roasted peppers in oil (from four 14- to 16-ounce jars)
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar, preferably aged, or best-quality red wine vinegar

- 1 pound store-bought pizza dough, thawed if frozen
